Our aftersales helpdesk is accessible from Monday till Thursday from 10 AM till 4 PM.

When contacting Service, you will always be asked for the model and serial number of your product (serial number can be found on the back of the device), invoicing company, date of the invoice.
Optitech offers service and warranty in accordance to Hungarian law, which means that in case of repairs (both during and after the warranty period) you can contact your local dealer or after sales support directly.
